TOP PRODUCER 8i Partnership License: Is the online version noted above but recognizes two distinct Agents within the one database - two daytimers, ability to delegate work to each other, separate To Do's, scheduled calls, Listings, Closings, etc. yet both would be able to view and manipulate the other's schedules. The program can distinguish between who is on and making notes to contact records etc., and you can both be working in your database simultaneously. Changes, additions, etc. to the program are seen instantly even if you are both logged in at the same time. IE: I add an appointment to my partner's daytimer for tomorrow, he looks at his scheduler in TP right after I have done this and he will "see" the appointment I have added to his daytimer for tomorrow. TOP PRODUCER 8i Team License: Has the same features as the Single Agent license but requires a minimum of 3 Agents under one Team subscription (additional members can be added one at a time at your discretion). The program would have 3 (or more) separate Today's Business Schedules (calendars, To Do's lists, scheduled calls, etc.) and work could be delegated within the team. A team license comes embedded with the company name and you can, if you request Broker Tools (free) when you subscribe, be set up with individual databases for each team member complete with personal access codes and passwords. TOP PRODUCER 8i Assistant License: additional team members have their own log in name and password allowing you to delegate workload and assign duties to each team member's schedule, keeping on track as to who is doing what, when and how. You can limit the access to features of your database at your discretion.
