Top Producer 8i Single Agent license: Is the online version of Top Producer software. You pay a monthly subscription fee and can access your database from any computer with an internet connection. Your database is always current (no synchronizing between computers required) as you are working live online. The Single Agent version provides a user name and password for one person (Agent), additional licenses can be added to a Single Agent subscription with respect to partners, teams and assistants (see below). You can give your user name and password to others to access your database however only one person can be working in your database online at one time, if someone else tried to log in simultaneously, one of you would be "kicked" out. TOP PRODUCER 8i Partnership License: Is the online version noted above but recognizes two distinct Agents within the one database - two daytimers, ability to delegate work to each other, separate To Do's, scheduled calls, Listings, Closings, etc. yet both would be able to view and manipulate the other's schedules. The program can distinguish between who is on and making notes to contact records etc., and you can both be working in your database simultaneously. Changes, additions, etc. to the program are seen instantly even if you are both logged in at the same time. IE: I add an appointment to my partner's daytimer for tomorrow, he looks at his scheduler in TP right after I have done this and he will "see" the appointment I have added to his daytimer for tomorrow.
